It’s from the July 9, 1922, Sunday edition of the New York Times. about "Bucket Shops." After the Great Depression these Casino’s were made illegal, because to the potential havoc they could lead to.

Eight years ago the Commodity Futures Modernization Act deregulated derivative trading. Furthermore it blocked many states from enforcing their Bucket Shop Laws. Now we are suprised at the result.
