I’m actually impressed

SusanG over at Kos has been in a dialogue with AIG. In the past these corporate flacks would rather play a game of hide a seek but Mr. Tulupman seems actually interested in some engagment with the community. No it is not perfect, but it demonstrates how mature the medium has become and how companies have become more skillfull in their dealings with it.
