When I was recently in D.C. I sat over at the Greek statues /fountain right across from Union station with a bunch of the homeless who hang out there. One gentleman a very big man (Patrick) in a electric wheel chair, both legs cut off at the knees, a Veteran from the Vietnam war. His story was heartbreaking. He lived at a shelter in downtown D.c.

It was late when I was sitting there with the group huddled as if in conference just below those statues. I had gone over to chat and then asked them “how their lives had changed since Obama had been elected” They all laughed.

Yes that “faster rate” is feminist bullshit lies way of saying there was, let’s say, one woman in the whole country effected last year and there’s two now so that is a 100% increase and represents a “faster rate” (of increase) than there being 100,000 men increasing by 50,000 to 150,000 men — a mere 50% “rate” increase. Or whatever the real numbers are you know.

When you’re as used to picking apart feminist lies as I am that comes second nature. They frequently use that “rate” trick.

It’s an almost exclusively male problem. But as with many almost exclusively male problems feminists sell it as a female problem by lying.

Gee I guess you missed that part of your source even though it was the very next paragraph. It doesn’t sound like anyone really cares enough to get accurate figures though and that is a guess pretty much.

What gender has to do with it is that any almost exclusively male issue is going to be neglected by our sexist society which values women’s lives but doesn’t care about men.

What I am seeing in these articles on homeless female veterans (and it’s no surprise whatsoever) is that although female homeless veterans are a tiny minority of the issue they have been singled out for special care and help not available for men.

Gee, I wonder why?

But I’m wondering why you care at all. After all, according to you, we should condemn all US Troops as war criminals and baby killers, regardless of what service they may have provided.

Well I don’t think they should get any better treatment than other homeless people (most of which are also men of course) but I don’t think a criminal record means you should have no compassion for people. Do you?
