With all the things there are spread out on the table to indict Dick Cheney, who woulda thunk it would be a Grand Jury in Willacy County, Texas to be first in line? But here we go, as bugscuffle informs us in a blog entitled, Dick Cheney Indicted! (It’s real, w/updates!!)

This also shows something else: It’s going to be harder than he thought for Bush to keep his co-conspirators out of jail. Who knew that Willacy County would be the first to indict Cheney? Bush will probably pardon him, but he can’t possibly give a blank pardon for all possible crimes without admitting specific guilt, can he?

The long loop of Karma is now heading Dick Cheney’s way. Have a nice day, Dick! Enjoy your retirement! But watch out: Karma can be a bitch.

@ 34 worth consulting.

Perris also wrote on this subject here at Oxdown, but TPM has doubts about this story. Perris has acknowledged the TPM story as well in the comments on his thread.

Update II: Ian Welsh is up with a diary on this over at the Mother Ship. He has added a videolink to a local news story with more local info indicating this story is having real consequences, causing two local judges to step down temporarily from the bench in the middle of trials. The exact charges against Cheney have not yet been released.

Update III: Bugscuffle us up to his(?) 10th update now. More updates are expected when the details of the indictment are released.
