Yes EG, I am not going to get over this Kabuki with Lieberman, he should have been kicked to the curb like a cheating spouse who has been bragging about his betrayal.

And especially hurtful was just seeing my Rep, Senator Patty Murray standing right fucking next to Harry Reid,she has been really good to the Armed Services vets and pretty damn good for Washington state but the naked ambition that is going to follow that little photo op will stay with me forever. She wants that seat bad. Unfortunately it just cost her my respect.

Sooner or later Joe will betray Obama as Todd says Harry the number one guy and Durbin the number two have put their Cred behind Joe. Obama will need public support from whatever investigation Joe launches of him.
We are that public support. We will say I told you so.
Harry and Durbin can’t do anything for Obama that new leadership in the Senate can’t. There is a war to retreat from and an economy in meltdown public support is Obama’s only shield.

Being from Connecticut, the state that produced both Bushy AND Liemerman is just, well, depressing. I was under the mistaken impression that the Dems were going to grow a spine. Silly me.

Just like Bush looking for WMDs…no Dem spine here, no none here either, can’t seem to find any trace of any Dem spine.

When is enough, enough? When things actually get done around this country. When things get fixed, when people get good jobs and raises. When everybody has healthcare, food and a roof over their heads. When our children are getting good educations. When our Gay brothers and sisters have the right to marry each other. When our greenhouse gases start decreasing. When there is a alternative to oil.

That is just my starter list. Take care of that list and I’ll give ya another. Then I might say enough.
