what I am wondering is, how does he appear alert, and concerned, (in contrast to My Pet Goat and John McCain’s birthday cake)without overstepping his bounds? Obviously he cannot manage the crisis, or get in Bush’s way…if he disagrees with how Bush responds, does he just keep his mouth shut, or what?

Could be about Bush’s recent nuculear agreement with India. . .

Could be about the drone bombings in Pakistan. . .

Could be about retaliation for the recent killing (capture?) of one of the top ranking extremists.

The prudent thing would be to spy out the responsible group and target them, certainly not bomb an engire country back into the stone age as enacted in the Bush Doctrine in the past.

hmm..what is one to think when one reads about terrorists driving government cars, escaping from the hospital in a police van, shooting from a police van, police not showing up in the most secure area of the city, top anti terrorism officials being killed, and all of this well coordinated assault/s being blamed on a group that no one had ever heard of before? False flag operation in my opinion.

The only hostages so far noted are Israelis. The ‘terrorists’ were apparently looking for British and American passports. Looking where it does not say. Lots of tourists in India, but they were only interested in American, British, and Israeli passports?

In the first link above, it notes that by 11:47pm they were already suspecting terrorists from Nigeria were involved. Rather a well coordinated match with the FBI report of missing young men, isn’t it? This is beginning to remind me of when Blair was still around; 24 to 48 hours after something was in the American MSM, Blair would be announcing the same attitude, direction, propaganda, etc.

Apparently they attacked the Lubovich Chabad center in Mumbai…and that is where the Israelis were. But I don’t know if this the Lubovichers are indigenous Indian Jews. There are some Jews that are Indian…and not Israeli. Is the center an Israeli linked organization? If it is it might mean that the terroriusts were specifically targetting Israeli (rather than more broadly defined Jewish groups). As well, the fact that they were asking for “American and British passports” (and no mention of Israeli) makes me wonder what is going on here.

But from the reports being non-American/British wasn’t much protection…there are rep[orts of dead Spaniards, Italians, Swedes and a good number of Indians. A Cypriot-British citizen was also killed.

I don’t think that whoever is behind these attacks have a policy that strictly avoids killing others, though for some reason they were perhaps intent on using certain nationalities as “hostages”. So is the target India…or the US/UK?
