My ex was a ‘heavy’ smoker – he toked up as soon as he woke up and stayed stoned until he fell asleep at night. Seven days a week.

His personality DID change, and he wasn’t mellow – he beat the crap out of me on two occasions and raped me on another.

So while those studies are nice – there is always an exception that proves the rule.
