I would elect McCain and be sure that the next President is at least a US citizen. We clearly do not need to hold up the process of government with a lawsuit that will become ripe the minute anyone tries to swear Obama in. In my opinion, this issue would invalidate the election, possibly void any legislation that Obama voted on while Senator etc. He knows that he is not a US citizen and as a "constitutional law" attorney – he is just vain enough to think that we will push through an amendment. This could impede any progress that can be made for a long, long time. We have more important things to deal with.
