As Pres. Obama said yesterday, paraphrase = they can’t have it both ways – they say Government can’t run anything well – but a public plan would be unfair competition.

The insurers are sounding like the GOP whose policy “stances” sound more like Abbott & Costello routines

I heard on Hartmann today that CHINA is tapping their corporations to pony up for UNIVERSAL healthcare for it’s citizens AND SOCIAL SECURITY as well!!!!!

That’s what I told my senator’s aide when I called this morning. If we don’t pass something that makes sense, not only will we be the laughing stock of the world, we’ll NEVER get this economy out of the ditch.

Yeah, I’ve been getting Medicare supplement (or whatever) mailers almost every day for two months. The entire industry knows about me. Funny, these guys never sent me a birthday card last year.
