The Cure: Change-congress.org produced my favorite ad to date on the health care issue. Only four thousand people have viewed this YouTube so far. Please forward this to anyone you know in Louisiana. And you may contribute here in order to get this on air. Change-congress.org have raised just over eight thousand dollars with a minimum goal of ten thousand.
The Disease: Meanwhile the old members of the swiftboat crew and the McCain campaign are calling themselves Foundation For a Secure and Prosperous America (FSPA) and they are raising money for this scare ad. SourceWatch has more information on FSPA here. A friend of mine in North West Arkansas told me he received a large flashy FSPA scare ad in the mail this week. If the likes of FSPA are spending money on expensive mail ads in ultra conservative North West Arkansas, they must be afraid of something. Could it be the truth?
As always, I invite you to share any information on ads you know about in comments.

Thanks for this!
If all the people hollering “why don’t we try whipping for single-payer?” in these Oxdown diaries instead spent five minutes calling their reps, then maybe we could have a shot at it — or at least at the public option.
