Sigh…I too found myself doin’ battle with the dregs of what was left of “the left” back in the mid 70’s and beyond…seems that many in our generation were killed on the journey tryin’ ta find a “more perfect union” and peaceful world and they died on our streets and in the angry alleys of our ghettos and in the prison cells of our dope prisons while their brothers and sisters were dyin’ in rice paddies for their right to be oppressed.

I agree and to engage in an almost hourly “I jyst don’t understand, please explain why I am wrong” it the same kind of bullshit I used to listened to from so many intellectual radicals way back when.
