After the election it will be time to clean house at PBS and NPR. Both have been in service to the status quo and the ruling elite for the last 8 years. No honesty, no pledge.

Taxi to the Dark Side did it for me on HBO, I don’t know if I can sit through another one. I had to use OnDemand because I got sick to my stomach at least 3 times and had to stop it so I could get some air before my brain exploded.

Seriously, media reform needs to be a major goal after this election. The false “balance” and outright misinformation has gotten out of hand. Instances like this where truthful, accurate reporting is essentially banned is as sure a sign as any that the media outlets, including PBS are no longer serving the American public properly. And don’t even get me started on FOX…

Oh, man! We’re very lucky, blessed. Call it whatever you want. Fire folks are still here, everywhere. They said they would stay through tomorrow.
I drove around a distributed fudge bars to all of them and thank, thank, thanked them all. They were here from Vernon, Compton, all over.

T’was very scary. Glad to be home. The entire land around my community is black, burned, scorched, but the fire fighters saved every house. No losses.

Good to know you only got smoked and not broiled. Over here we’re still getting smoke, but the main activity has moved northwest. (But some went northeast, over the edge of Oat Mountain.)
