Both Atrios and Matt Yglesias have been blogging a lot lately regarding reversing the American suburban landscape of expanding development into previously non-developed areas. While it obviously makes logical sense from an environmental and economic point of view, I would like to discuss how things are not as simple as they may seem, based on experiences in my own backyard.
