Obama is at a crossroads on the National Security front with his statement that he won’t prosecute criminals acting under orders authorized from above (the Nuremburg Nazi defense) But has he yet had his Will Smith Awakening (in Enemy of the State) that in order to save America and the world the fascist order has to be eliminated and that can only happen if immunity comes in exchange for full disclosure and testimony (not blanket immunity based on “good faith” following of orders)
