The 8th in the continuing series taking a layman’s look at the US Constitution. This week we look at the first three sections of Article Three which deal with the Judiciary Branch of government.

So, you’ve decided to run for office for the first time. Now what? Well, you have a hell of a lot of work ahead of you, and the Dog will help you by telling you what he is doing.

While there is little that can be done for peace while the battles rage, the US has an unique opportunity when a cease fire is enacted. If we are bold and stand up for humanity, there is a chance to change the dynamic of this conflict.

It is easy to focus on our highest priority agenda items, but the President has many areas that need attention. This dairy provides an exercise for thinking through which you would give the greatest focus to, and how much of your overall focus the top ten priorities should receive.

All the talk of highway infrastructure misses a great three-fer opportunity. If we invest in more and better rail we can save carbon, save fuel, save lives and safe cost of road maintenance. By moving freight back to steel wheels on steel rails, we can make a real difference in the future of our nation.
