Less than a week ago a family lost their husband, father and son … Brian Cardall … because a Hurricane police officer was too trigger-happy with his taser gun. The Cardall family released the following 911 recordings on the death that occurred last Tuesday.

Troy Davis’ appeal was rejected by the federal appeals court in Atlanta yesterday. In the 2 to 1 opinion, the court ruled that Troy was unable to establish by clear and convincing evidence that a new jury would not find him guilty.
