Hunton & Williams LLP is a large D.C. lawfirm that prides itself on “excellence and hard work,” its diversity programs and its commitment to providing pro bono legal services. Hunton claims that this corporate atmosphere provides its employees the “opportunity to work alongside creative and gifted people on interesting and real projects that matter.” This claim, however, is incongruous with the employment of one of its more infamous partners: Kyle D. Sampson. In this e-mail, I asked Hunton’s D.C. Managing Partner, Andrea Bear Field, for a response to my allegations that Mr. Sampson is not fit to practice law.
