Arbitration is a fact of life if you have a credit card or a cell phone and you have a dispute with the company. This is enough of a problem when the arbiter is a neutral party, but when the deck is stacked against the consumer it is unconscionable .

The misleading attacks by Big Business on the Employee Free Choice Act now are aimed at the provision that would guarantee that workers can get a fair first contract. Their scare tactics are not only misleading, they’re hypocritical.
