Weekly Diaspora: Schools a Minefield for Undocumented Students After DREAM defeat

By: TheMediaConsortium Thursday September 30, 2010 8:46 am

It’s no secret that anti-immigrant activists have a penchant for targeting youth, the most vulnerable of the undocumented set. But the Senate defeat of the popular DREAM Act confirmed the obvious. The war on immigrants is being waged not only along our borders, but within our classrooms as well.

Lawsuit Against NH GOP May Follow Unlawful Arrest Threats at Joe Arpaio Rally

By: kingcast Sunday September 19, 2010 4:01 pm

In generaly, the GOP threatens arrest when you ask them about their stance, remember the RNC beat down in 2008,with 800+ arrests?

I am talking about moving for Injunctive relief with some well-respected local First Amendment Counsel as well. And the compelling thing is, I need immediate relief because the fall elections — in particular the U.S. Senate 2010 race — loom large. In contrast, the relief sought against the RNC is temporally stale by comparison, though no less significant of course.

By: TheMediaConsortium Thursday September 16, 2010 8:37 am

The Nefarious Relationship Between Joe Arpaio & Senate Candidate Kelly Ayotte.

By: kingcast Thursday September 16, 2010 3:03 am

You can tell a nasty government official by the way they treat their opponents and the press. Ayotte made a failed Free-Speech Felony run at me when I was NAACP legal chair with her bigot buddy Meshugana Marty Dunn, who still lies about me to this very day. Meanwhile, Arpaio paid Nick Babcock $40G for repeated, trumped-up arrests. Read this July, 2010 Tuscon Citizen story “Is Arpaio an illegal?”

The Definitive Kelly Ayotte — Paul Hodes Senate Race Video

By: kingcast Wednesday September 15, 2010 11:12 am

You can always feel the integrity of the Candidate by how they embrace issues of Open Government. Kelly Ayotte is an abject failure on this issue and she is not Senate material, she is a GOP sockpuppet.

Simple Apology Requested for Racist GOP Abuse at Arpaio Rally

By: kingcast Wednesday September 15, 2010 9:17 am

Dear Dennis:

As you and I (and Alderman Teeboom and your Republican peers Jennifer Horn, Sandra Ziehm and City Attorney Bennett) agreed 3 years ago that government should be open and accountable when I threatened to sue the Nashua School Board over Julia Earl’s restrictive speech policy, our conversation should be out in the open as well…..
