Barack Obama promised as a candidate that he would have the most open and transparent administration in American history. But I guess openness and transparency do not extend to press conferences since the last one Obama held was 10 months ago.

Why I Would Vote “No” On The Senate Health Care Bill |

As many of you know, I am a candidate for the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in NY in 2010. If I were a member of the United States Senate today, I would vote NO on the bill before the Senate, understanding that such a vote would mean that the bill would not pass because of the undemocratic nature of the filibuster rule.
