To Ayotte Campaign manager Jeff Grappone: Let’s see just how far you and a reprimanded Judge who thinks KingCast is “nonsense” will go to set back the First Amendment, and to show the World just what’s it’s like to practice journalism in the “Live Free or Die” State….. I’m just here to expose each and every step of our journey to the World Public. See you in Court.]

This is not an abstract argument like the one set forth against His Honor by Mr. Kamasinski in Holmes v. Holmes, Not Reported in A.2d, 2001 WL 34012428, N.H. Super.,2001, Appendix A (citing to the matter of Justice W. Stephen Thayer who resigned during a Grand Jury investigation http://doj.nh.gov/publications/nreleases2000/reportonthayer.pdf ) that His Honor “Screwed his wife and has bad parenting issues,” rather it is a reasonable interpretation of His Honor’s open contempt for All Things KingCast as being “nonsense” in his own words. It can’t get any worse than that for a potential litigant, as I told the clerk yesterday, “He hates me.”

And I aim to air every thread of this dirty laundry right here on the Internet as a true stalwart of the Fourth Estate…….

You want a battle Kelly, you’re going to get one. Just remember, you’re not fighting me, you’re fighting the First Amendment that you are sworn to protect as an AG or as a U.S. Senator.

Franken said our media system is at risk everywhere we turn — from our free speech online to the growing power of companies who own a massive number of media outlets.
