Kelly Ayotte claims to be a protector of Women’s interests but her tenure as a New Hampshire Attorney General tells quite a different story. She and her crew overlook potential child abuse, mandated illegal DNA reporting and allowed for bad LE to run amok, assaulting and threatening men, women and children throughout the State of New Hampshire, and that’s a FACT.

That ruling suggests that opinioned bloggers are also journalists, Chapman said.
“I can think of no case where a blogger would be treated differently (than a print journalist under the law),” Chapman said.

You want a battle Kelly, you’re going to get one. Just remember, you’re not fighting me, you’re fighting the First Amendment that you are sworn to protect as an AG or as a U.S. Senator.

John McCain is coming tomorrow and the GOP does not want me to ask him any questions. The GOP and Kelly Ayotte will have to stop threatening to arrest me when I show up to public functions where other media are involved, pure and simple.

The LE that tackled Liz Hourican was well out of control, but it is hardly a random incident. The GOP threatens arrest to anyone who gets in its way, it has twice happened to me so this morning I am filing a complaint and demand for legal opinion from the same Nashua, NH City Attorney who agreed with me 3 years ago on a school board restrictive speech issue.

Kelly Ayotte is a dangerous, legally and politically inept toady to racist AZ Sheriff Joe Apraio, and she will do anything to gain public office to promote his agenda.

In generaly, the GOP threatens arrest when you ask them about their stance, remember the RNC beat down in 2008,with 800+ arrests?
I am talking about moving for Injunctive relief with some well-respected local First Amendment Counsel as well. And the compelling thing is, I need immediate relief because the fall elections — in particular the U.S. Senate 2010 race — loom large. In contrast, the relief sought against the RNC is temporally stale by comparison, though no less significant of course.

You can tell a nasty government official by the way they treat their opponents and the press. Ayotte made a failed Free-Speech Felony run at me when I was NAACP legal chair with her bigot buddy Meshugana Marty Dunn, who still lies about me to this very day. Meanwhile, Arpaio paid Nick Babcock $40G for repeated, trumped-up arrests. Read this July, 2010 Tuscon Citizen story “Is Arpaio an illegal?”

You can always feel the integrity of the Candidate by how they embrace issues of Open Government. Kelly Ayotte is an abject failure on this issue and she is not Senate material, she is a GOP sockpuppet.
