I copied the President of the Alabama State Bar, J. Mark White, on an e-mail I sent to the General Counsel of the Alabama State Bar in which I detailed how Alabama State Bar member and United States Attorney Leura Garrett Canary is unfit to practice law. When he received a second e-mail from me regarding Ms. Canary being named one of the country’s worst prosecutors for 2008, Mr. White, a self-proclaimed champion of justice, asked not for more information but instead asked that I stop writing to him.
