This is a complete record of evidence to support the allegation that the housing boom was a fraudulent plan that begin in 1996. A choreographed disaster.

Some of you know that I have been researching and writing about this for over 2 years. A bit of what I have reported is just surfacing in the news, even though I constantly contacted them and provided information. Others have picked up a lot of the foreclosure information, which is helping. But the A-Z story needs to be told. I have the details.

This is offered to help homeowners fight to keep their homes and the news media to grow some and get the whole story out in the open.

Below are some suggested SOLUTIONS TO FORECLOSURE/INVESTOR problems.

I will begin with a simple analogy:

The sickness of a system that gives every advantage to the profiteers off of the unfortunate victims cannot be overemphasized. While all of us want to make a profit, only the psychosomatically disordered really want to make it by ruining investors, even to the global level they’ve reached now. We all have a very great interest in putting back into place the regulations that prevent the criminal element from the favoritism shown under existing law.

The U.S. needs to take over the process and appoint a receiver to figure out who are the equitable owners of these mortgages, since they don’t seem to have legal owners, and restructure/writedown the mortgages to some sane level reflecting current market values and to create a de facto quit claim on the property in favor of the newly created modified mortgages to quiet title. Then the mortgages can be held by the party whom equity favors.

Then the Government needs to outlaw this type of practice. No more RMBS of this kind, ever again.

This morning, judges woke up to coffee and information that I hope, will profoundly change their attitude toward the legitimacy of the legal pleadings being promulgated.

After hearing Mr. Gibbs’ remarks about “the professional left” needing drug testing, my blood began to boil. This diary is an attempt to share a slice of the middle America pie which has valid complaints about the job left undone by President Obama. Sure, Obama has tried — but when you are bleeding to death, a bandaid is little comfort.

A few days ago, I passed on a story that the FBI was going to start making arrests for foreclosure fraud. Well, the arrests have been happening. According to an FBI press release there has been some bit of activity.

Arrests are expected in mid to late June from 23 local mortgage fraud task forces set up by the FBI around the country.

How does your Obligation to make your Mortgage Payments, turn into some unseen Investor’s “Income Stream”?

Easy — thanks to Derivatives and CDO’s (Collateralized Debt Obligation).

For the mere Price of Admission, those unseen Investor’s get to divvy up your Mortgage Payments, among themselves — long as they “promise to pay off” that Debt, WHEN, for whatever reason, you are no longer able to make those Obligatory Payments …
