A lot of left-wingers are saying we should “Dump Obama”, making comparisons to the “Dump Johnson” movement of 1968. But the left had George McGovern to run against Johnson. Today, we have no one. So here’s some advice to help get this movement up and running.

The next leg of the journey on the road to activism was harder and the challenges steeper.
The Angry Left: A Look Back at a Personal Journey |
| By: Rayne Saturday September 18, 2010 1:11 pm |
I’ve already offered a 50,000-foot view of the road to here for some of the angry left — the road some of us who were progressives in 2003 took as we sought to wrest the country away from conservatives. I’ll share now is a more personal view of the last seven years on this road; what follows documents my experience from 2002-2005.

| By: Rayne Friday September 17, 2010 9:19 am |
First in a series of posts about getting to this sad state, marginalized by the people we elected to office and referred to pejoratively as the “fucking retarded” “professional left,” our hands bitten by the dogs we’ve reared and fed.

Help me create democratic infrastructure with google maps |
| By: rossl Sunday April 4, 2010 8:45 am |
