This is the third part of a series of posts giving recommendations on California’s propositions. This post recommends a “no” vote on Proposition 22, which restricts state borrowing from local funds.

This is not an abstract argument like the one set forth against His Honor by Mr. Kamasinski in Holmes v. Holmes, Not Reported in A.2d, 2001 WL 34012428, N.H. Super.,2001, Appendix A (citing to the matter of Justice W. Stephen Thayer who resigned during a Grand Jury investigation http://doj.nh.gov/publications/nreleases2000/reportonthayer.pdf ) that His Honor “Screwed his wife and has bad parenting issues,” rather it is a reasonable interpretation of His Honor’s open contempt for All Things KingCast as being “nonsense” in his own words. It can’t get any worse than that for a potential litigant, as I told the clerk yesterday, “He hates me.”

In modern society the name Adolf Hitler is synonymous for evil. As the perpetrator of the greatest crime of this century and its most destructive war, Mr. Hitler well deserves this reputation.

Yet too often in speaking of Adolf Hitler people forget the man and see only the legend he has become. Hitler, after all, gained power as a politician in a democratic Germany. He played the game of compromises, elections, and leverage that all politicians play. Indeed, Hitler was quite adept at politics; without his skill the National Socialists would have remained a fringe party like so many others.

A lot of left-wingers are saying we should “Dump Obama”, making comparisons to the “Dump Johnson” movement of 1968. But the left had George McGovern to run against Johnson. Today, we have no one. So here’s some advice to help get this movement up and running.
