Two Guantanamo-Related Investigations Pending Before Spanish National Court |

El Mundo, a Spanish newspaper, reports that there are in fact two complaints pending before its National Court that relate to Guantanamo – one against those who took part in committing and/or facilitating acts of torture, and a second against those responsible for legally conceptualizing and purporting to authorize the creation of the center and the policies enacted therein.
